When it comes to our tableware, we opt for Mexican recycled glass for our main margarita and water glasses. By utilizing this eco-friendly alternative, we reduce the demand for new glass production, which consumes energy and resources. Not only does Mexican recycled glass add a unique touch to your dining experience, but it also helps to lessen the strain on the environment.
To further reduce our ecological footprint, we have replaced traditional plastic straws with biodegradable agave straws. These straws are made from the remnants of agave plants, a sustainable resource abundant in Mexico. By using agave straws, we prevent single-use plastic waste from polluting our oceans and landfills.
Additionally, our commitment to sustainability extends to our take-out and to-go containers. We have chosen biodegradable alternatives that are made from renewable resources. These containers break down naturally over time, minimizing their impact on the environment and reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
To conserve energy, we have invested in energy-efficient appliances and LED lights throughout our restaurant. These appliances and lights are designed to consume less electricity without compromising on performance, helping us reduce our energy consumption and lower our carbon footprint.
